Tatsujin Training System - MMA Level 1

This MMA training module consists of various techniques including warming up exercises, strength & conditioning exercises, flexibility training and Mixed Martial Arts techniques.

The MMA part consists of:
• Fall Breaking
• Punches
• Kicks
• Takedowns
• Ground Positions
• Sweeps
• Submissions

It takes approximately 6 months for absolute beginners to master all these techniques when training on a regular base. After those 6 months, it is possible to apply for an exam. A video of the execution of all the required techniques should be submitted and once approved a certificate and patch will be send to the athlete.
